Dr. Erel Shalit is an author and Jungian psychoanalyst in Ra’anana, Israel. He is a training and supervising analyst, past President of the Israel Society of Analytical Psychology (ISAP). He is a past Director of the Shamai Davidson Community Mental Health Clinic, Shalvata Psychiatric Centre, and a member of the Council for Peace and Security. 

Dr. Shalit is the author of Requiem: A Tale of Exile and Return; Enemy, Cripple & Beggar; The Complex: Path of Transformation from Archetype to Ego; and The Hero and His Shadow: Psychopolitical Aspects of Myth and Reality in Israel.<
